As landlord renting out over 25 properties in South London, we found that our free standing wardrobes have a life expectancy of not more than 2 years. Therefore, we concluded that built-in units were more suitable for all intended purposes. For this we researched the market but could not find a suitable company to meet our demands with-in a reasonable budget, until we came across ‘Modular Fitted Wardrobes’. Since 2011 we have had more than 40 rooms converted without any problems so far.
